Culture assessment
Compares your stated values with how people behave day to day.
A culture assessment compares the values your organisation states with how people actually behave. It shows leaders where culture supports the strategy and where it holds it back.
Who it is for: CEOs, leadership teams and HR directors.
Timeline: 1–4 weeks, and can be extended depending on the scope of the assessment.
When to use it
- Before a culture change programme, to set a clear starting point.
- After a merger, when two cultures are coming together.
- When engagement or performance has changed and the cause is unclear.
What we measure
- Values in practice: We look at whether stated values show up in daily decisions, meetings and how people are treated.
- Leadership behaviour: We assess how leaders behave, what they reward and the signals they send to their teams.
- How decisions are made: We examine who makes decisions, how quickly and how openly, and whether people feel involved.
- Differences between teams: We compare results across departments, sites and levels to show where culture differs.
