We help organisations understand and shift the Hidden Operating System, the patterns of trust, influence, and communication that quietly shape performance.
By combining behavioural science, organisational psychology, and adaptive learning design, we support leaders and teams to work with more clarity, steadiness, and impact.
See how diagnostics, behavioural insight, and activity based learning can support real conditions in your organisation.
OPDEV does not start with content. We start with behaviour.
We’re innovators, behavioral scientists, talent management strategists, and consumer product experts that aim to make everlasting change for our customers, coaches, and partners.

Fatima leads OPDEV’s diagnostic intelligence and programme design.
With an MSc from Oxford in Comparative and International Education, combined with a background in organisational psychology and facilitation, she brings a systems lens to every engagement. She specialises in revealing the behavioural patterns that shape performance, translating complexity into clear development pathways for leaders and teams.
As the creator of OPDEV’s ONN Audit and behavioural frameworks, Fatima has designed more than ninety programmes across the UK, Europe, and South Asia.
Her work focuses on turning insight into movement, and strategy into behaviour, ensuring development remains grounded, relevant, and actionable.
♦ WHO WE HELP
Our clients navigate complexity, pressure, and change. OPDEV helps them understand the behavioural patterns underneath these experiences and supports them in shifting these patterns steadily and sustainably.
Organisations that are:
♦ We often support:
Bringing clarity to strategy–culture gaps and sources of invisible influence.
Strengthening capability and designing development that leads to visible behavioural change.
Responding to pressure, high turnover, and trust challenges.
Deepening safety behaviours, resilience, and care in demanding environments
Addressing cultural drift, engagement concerns, and facilitation needs.
Values and daily behaviour disconnect. Engagement declines quietly over time.
Communication feels fragile. Hybrid work disrupts cohesion.
Uncertainty during restructure or scaling. High-potential talent needs clear support.
Emotional load increases. People move into survival mode.
Implementation stalls despite effort. Feedback feels discouraging rather than developmental.
Clarity under pressure becomes essential. Roles carry emotional and physical intensity.
If you are noticing friction, misalignment, or stalled momentum, a conversation can bring clarity.
Our values shape who we are, how we work, and why we show up every day. They’re more than just principles — they’re a promise to our customers, our partners, and each other.
Careful craft, clear thinking, and evidence-aware work.
Built around real conditions, adjusted as context shifts.
Honest communication, realistic promises, and clear boundaries.
Behavioural research and systems thinking turned into usable tools.
Capability built from within, so progress continues independently.
Straightforward language, clean structure, and decisions people can act on.
